| Several people from the TF.N boards had an impromptu Moulin Rouge get-together at DragonCon last year (2002). They had so much fun, another one was planned for this year. I couldn't decide between many of the can-can dancers, so I decided to create my own. The idea is based in part on a sketch I did a few years back of a fantasy faire gown.
